Professional Development

Professional development is an important pillar of the Nagle Pre-School philosophy and this is demonstrated through our commitment and investment in staff training.

Each year, every staff member invests in professional development that is linked to their Individual Development Plans and the over arching goals of Nagle Pre-School, ensuring they are up to date with current practices. This knowledge is shared within teaching teams, and with our families, and focuses on continuous development and improvement of our programs.

First aid training, including CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma, is regularly updated by all staff inline with industry regulations.
