3 Year Old Funded Kinder
2022 welcomes the introduction of funded 3 year old kindergarten in Bayside. The Victorian State Government is investing almost $5 billion dollars over ten years to ensure that all children have access to two years of funded kindergarten lead by an Early Childhood Teacher, before school.
Bayside kindergartens will be funded for 5 hours of 3 year old kinder per week per child. In 2023, the State Government will fund up to 15 hours of 3 year old kindergarten per week per child.

It has even greater benefits for children who need extra support or are in vulnerable circumstances.

Every 3-4 years, the quality of an early childhood service is rated under a system called the National Quality Framework . In October 2019, Nagle was rated as exceeding against this framework.
